BDMS Regulations - Application Procedure
Application Forms are available online or from the Training Division of the Institute. The completed forms (along with a non-refundable $25.00 Application Fee and the supporting documents) should be returned to the office in Wildey, at least two weeks before the start of the term in which the student wishes to begin the programme.
