General Rules and Regulations for BDMS
BDMS Regulations - Qualifications for Admission

The following minimum qualifications will be required for admission to the programme:

Either

A: Five (5) CXC Certificates (General Proficiency Grade I or II), including Mathematics and English A, or equivalent, and four years work experience.

The requirement for Mathematics and English may be satisfied by the following BIMAP courses respectively:

  • Quantitative managerial Decision-Making

  • Business Communications

    or

    B: Four (4) BIMAP courses (with an overall average of 65% or more) including Quantitative Managerial Decision-Making and Business Communications - if mathematics and English A are not included in the CXC certificates.

    Mature students may also be admitted based on a recommendation, in writing, from the Chief Executive Officer of the sponsoring organization to the effect that the applicant is being sponsored by the organization and he/she is a suitable candidate for the BDMS programme.
