BIMAP'S METHOD OF SERVICE

In providing services, BIMAP selects the approach which is best suited to members' and clients' needs. Typically, BIMAP's approach involve a survey, the design and implementation of systems and procedures or the conduct of assignments on a regular basis. An integrated approach called 'Performance Improvement Programming' is most frequently used on assignments. This highly effective approach embraces the comprehensive diagnosis of needs, and the preparation of detailed action programmes to the total satisfaction of the member or client. A meeting between one of BIMAP's Management Consultants and an official of the enquiring company or organization, is generally followed by an on-site visit to collect firsthand information on the prospective assignment. Following this, BIMAP prepares a written proposal of the work to be performed, incorporating performance schedules and cost estimates.
