For 35 years the Barbados Institute of Management and Productivity (BIMAP) has provided quality management training, and consulting services.

BIMAP's 8-year alliance with the University of Surrey ensures that qualified candidates including the Institute's 2-year Diploma graduates can
pursue a MBA/MSc programme offered by the University of Surrey.
BIMAP’s 2-year Diploma in Management studies (BDMS) is a balanced programme, which prepares participants for the business world and allows them to specialize in their
area of choice. In this programme, which is a combination of 3-month courses, a thesis and Seminars, participants are driven to excel and are exposed to current business practices.
BIMAP’s 1-year Certificate in Management studies (BCMS) is a 3-course, 2-seminar programme, which allows individuals to specialize in a chosen area of Management Studies.
Participants can also opt for direct entry to the BIMAP Diploma. This programme is perfect for those with a Degree but who want additional credentials.
BIMAP's scholarship programme, which is open to Diploma, MBA, and Certificate students, rewards academic excellence.
BIMAP’s Microsoft and Network Certification programmes prepare participants for the Certification testing which each level requires. Partially funded by Government (TVET Council), these programmes are priced affordably.
BIMAP’s Corporate In-house training allows for flexibility in organizing training in specific areas that can be customized by content, format, dates, hours and location. A few areas of interest are Customer Service, Business & Corporate Etiquette, Supervisory Management and Industrial Relations.
BIMAP’s Business Development Entrepreneurship Division provides both training and counselling tailored to meet the needs of the aspiring and working entrepreneurs. Working closely with Government a number of this Division's programmes are co-sponsored and as a result are reasonably priced.
